In an interview with a leading daily, the ‘Sandakozhi actor said, “Yes, I am getting married to Anisha later this year. Our engagement and wedding dates are yet to be discussed. Our families are meeting this Friday to take the proposal forward. It could be any day post-February 2. We will be officially announcing it later this week.”
While most speculated it to be a love marriage, Vishal rubbished those rumours and further added, “Ever since the news was out, people have been widely speculating that ours was an arranged marriage. No, we fell in love and have been seeing each other for quite some time now. Not a lot of people close to me are aware of this.”
He further confirmed that the wedding will happen in Chennai and that he would get married once the construction of the ‘Nadigar Sangam’ building is completed. He said, “There will be no change in that decision. The construction is almost complete and the wedding will take place probably in August.”
For a long time, numerous rumours about Vishal’s marriage and fiance were making the rounds in social media. The actor came forward to clear all the rumours and announced that he is going to get engaged. More details on the engagement are yet to be revealed.
Vishal shared a picture of the two together and tweeted, “Yes.. happy. Too happy. Happiest. Her name s #AnishaAlla. And yes she said yes. And it’s confirmed. My biggest transition in life. Will be announcing the date soon. God bless.” Many took to Twitter to congratulate the couple.
Currently, Vishal is busy shooting Ayogya alongside Rashi Khanna, which is the remake of Tollywood’s ‘Temper’ that starred Junior NTR in the lead!
