I’m So Proud Of You Appa: Rayane Mithun Pens Down An Emotional Note For Her Father Sarathkumar!

An emotional moment for Rayane Mithun as she watches her father onscreen after quite some time!

Radikaa and Sarathkumar are being widely celebrated by the audience for their impeccable performance in the film Vaanam Kottattum also starring Aishwarya Rajesh, Vikram Prabhu and Shanthnu Bhagyaraj in the lead. The film caters mainly to the family audience. It talks about the life of a single mother after a father ruthlessly murders a man out of spite without thinking twice about his family.

The real-life couple is sharing screen space after many numbers of years. Earlier the duo had talked about how they would act together only if the storyline makes sense and holds a lot of depth. As the film released, Radikaa and Sarathkumar were lovingly called the “pearls” of the film. Their performance in every frame only goes to show the experience and the immense talent they’ve got. Sarathkumar is doing a terrific film after quite some time now and his daughter Rayane cannot contain her happiness for her father.

The young lady penned down an emotional note for her father and shared it on social media. “Success is falling down 10 times, no matter how far you fall, the 11th time you find your way back. Failure isn’t about the fall, it what you do after. These five years, this man has seen the lowest of lows but that has only made him stronger. Seeing him in this movie made me all sort of emotional – I just wanted to hug him and say I love you and I’m so proud of you. This is only the beginning Appa, it’s only onward and upwards!. Go watch the movie – it’s al sort of feels!” she wrote.

The bond Rayane and Sarathkumar share is just so beautiful. Similarly, even actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar shared a beautiful message for Radikaa and Sarathkumar when the movie was about to release. “Never had so many people that I care about in one film..here’s wishing my darling friends @aishu_dil @iamVikramPrabhu @imKBRshanthnu @amitashpradhan to my super daddy @realsarathkumar the awesome @realradikaa aunty n team all the best.I’m sure it’s gonna be awesome #VaanamKottatum,” she wrote.

Vaanam Kottatum is a family drama directed by Dhana Sekaran and produced by Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies. The film’s music has been composed by first-time music director and ace singer Sid Sriram.
