“I fell in love with the character of Jessie like anybody else. I don’t think I have ever dreamt of acting with Trisha. It feels really good to act with her.”
He further added, “It’s a childhood yet a matured love story. I can vouch that the audience will yearn for such a love story in their life after watching the film. The story will take you on a different journey altogether – like a time machine. It is a story and a movie based on emotions and nothing else.”
Responding to this, Trisha said, “It has been a long time since I acted in an intense love story like this one. The highlight is also that Vijay Sethupathi and I are pairing up for the first time which will be quite interesting to watch. While listening to the script many were moved to tears especially while hearing the climax. I hope the audience has the same set of emotions while watching the film.”
