Befikre starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor has been on the news for its sensual and intimate scenes between the lead pair. The film made it through the censor board with zero cuts. Apparently, there are 40 kissing scenes in the film and none of them were cut. Speaking about the intimate scenes, the lead actor Ranveer Singh said, “There is the feeling of love in it (kisses). Anybody who is intelligent will understand and not take it in a bad way. There are different kinds of kisses in a film. Nobody will cringe when they will watch it. What will family and friends will think? I have done a U/A certificate film (referring to certificate given by CBFC).”
Ranveer Singh also tells how his onscreen romance, be it with Deepika or Vaani, have always been a contrast to his real life romance. The actor revealed, ” I am traditional in relationships. Our film represents today’s generation.” Many viewers were impressed with the chemistry that Ranveer Singh shared with Vaani Kapoor. When asked about Vaani, Ranveer said, “She is a sweetheart, she is a sweet girl. She is lovely. She brings great amount of energy to a film set. It’s exhilarating and rare that there is someone whose energy infects me, energies me. She is always in the moment. She works hard, she is passionate about acting.”
Befikre is set to hit the screens on 9th of December.
