Tamannaah Bhatia, who is starring in the Telugu remake of the Bollywood film Queen, recently stepped out to celebrate her colleague Parul Yadav’s birthday in Mysore. The actress was dressed in character for her film, wearing a silk saree, henna in her hands, and glasses along with a nose ring. Needless to say, Tamannaah looked absolutely different, and we love it!

Titled Queen Again, the film’s shooting has been taking place at Mysore. The Tamil version of the film stars Kajal Aggarwal while the Kannada one stars Parul Yadav, and the Malayalam version stars Manjima Mohan.

Queen, that starred Kangana Ranaut, narrates the story of Rani, who goes on her honeymoon to Paris alone after her fiance calls-off the wedding on the final day. The trip transforms her completely. Rajkummar Rao played Kangana’s fiance in the film.

The Telugu remake is being directed by Prashanth Varma, who made his directorial debut with Awe this year. The young filmmaker will be replacing filmmaker Neelakanta, who was initially roped in last year for directing the film.

Tamannaah, meanwhile, also has period flick Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, for which she has been learning Bharatnatyam.
