The floral print has been in bloom since the beginning of the year. It was one of the biggest trends even internationally. Here is how you can incorporate flower-power in your daily wardrobe.
Outfit 1
For my first outfit, I’m wearing an elegant Vintage Floral Printed Ruffle Maxi. This outfit has two trends in one; floral print and ruffles. Flashes of pink, orange flowers are set in pastel green. The 3D flower detailing right below the neck is yet another eye-catching element of pop. The Stylish Side Tie-Up with Belt gives the outfit the flare and perfect shape.
Style tip: I’ve paired the outfit with quilted, embellished sling bag and matching floral earrings. For footwear I’ve opted for white strapped heels. You can instead opt for sneakers. Ethnic gowns with fun sneakers are super comfy and on-trend!
Outfit 2
Next, I chose to wear a checked black cotton kurta with white ankle-length straight pants. What’s so different about this is the lovely mix of floral and checks. The kurta has floral embroidery on sleeve and back. What I love the most is the teardrop cut at the back of the kurta. It’s highlighted with the same flower embroidery that adorns the kurta’s gorgeous bell sleeves. The tassel that lines the kurta in the front has a mix of colours and tiny golden beads and coins. Such stylish and minute detailing throughout the kurta is what makes this outfit a trendy fashionable catch!
Style tip: Since the kurta has pops of colours, I’ve used the colour black to accessorise. Black tassel earrings, watch and forever favourite platforms. A little heel always makes straight-cut pants look great. If you aren’t comfortable with one, you can go for mules or ethnic slip-ons.
Outfit 3
Monotone (wearing the same colour from head to toe) is one of the biggest trends in power-dressing this season. So for my third outfit, I chose this lovely pink Floral Embroidery And Mirror Work Kurta Pant Set. Tiny mirror detailing aligns the kurta along the top, its sleeves and pants. The Scalloped hem adds to its feminine touch.
Style tip: You can style this outfit with the now trending silver oxidised jewellery if it’s for daywear and opt for crystal shine for the night.
If you are planning to go monotone you can wear the outfit with the matching coral shoes and bags. Here to break the monotony of the outfit I have styled it with a blend of white and silver accessories. Shiny embellished silver clutch will accentuate the mirror detailing, while the white metallic bangle and shoes go well with the embroidery.
