The film has even inspired dollmakers to make a Ram and Jaanu doll, something that Trisha even approves!

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time one of Trisha’s film created a fashion rage. Back when her film ‘Vinaithaandi Varuvaaya’ released, her role as Jessie was something that people couldn’t easily forget. And the maroon and lime green saree she wears in the film went on to be a top seller in most apparel stores.
