Kamal Haasan has unveiled the first look of his upcoming action thriller Vikram. On Friday, director Lokesh Kanagaraj announced that the first look poster will be out on Saturday, July 10. Kamal Haasan shared a poster of the much-awaited film on his Twitter account on Saturday.

The poster features actors Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil and Kamal Haasan’s monochrome close-up shots. In November 2020, the team released a title teaser  and since then fans are been waiting for the next official update. The first look poster looks fierce and has become the talk of the town. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music of Vikram, Girish Gangadharan handles the cinematography and Philomin Raj is in charge of editing. Apart from Kamal Haasan, the film stars Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil, two most important and promising actors of South Indian cinema.

Interestingly, Kamal Haasan has also starred as the lead in a 1986 Tamil film titled Vikram directed by Rajashekar. The new Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Vikram is produced by Kamal Haasan’s home banner Raaj Kamal Films International. The actor-politician Kamal Haasan will also be seen in the upcoming Tamil film Indian 2, directed by Shankar.
