Hansika Motwani is recently in the limelight as reports come in about her wedding. Hansika debuted with the film Mappillai in Tamil after she debuted with the Telugu film Desamuduru. The actress, however, has not been doing many films lately. Her latest which is yet to release is Maha where her ex-boyfriend and actor Simbu will be seen playing an extended cameo in the film. That was the last time the actress’ name was pulled in.

Now, looks like it that she is back again with yet another wedding news. A media house earlier confirmed that Hansika is all set to tie the knot in another two days in a private ceremony with a businessman. A rather surprised Hansika made sure to respond to this piece of news.

Well, Hansika has for sure cleared that rumour.

When the first look of Hansika and Simbu’s Maha released, speculations were rife that the two are infact back together.

Simbu’s relationships have always been under immense scrutiny. Therefore when Simbu and Hansika took to social media to announce they were dating and were to marry soon, it sent Kollywood fans into a media frenzy. Their romantic banter on Twitter was widely publicized each and every time, and soon enough they announced their breakup online too. Simbhu sent a very sourly worded open statement to media regarding the same.

Post their very public breakup, neither Simbu nor Hansika ever met at a public event or were even close to each other. This year, rumours were abuzz that the couple had been dating yet again. Putting an end to all the buzz, Hansika posted a picture of her holding Simbu’s hand and confirmed it was for a movie.
