Remember the iconic pair of Pandi and Kadhambari in Naanum Rowdy Dhaan? The two actors are coming together again! Nayanthara’s upcoming film Imaikka Nodigal will have her play an investigative officer from Bengaluru. And her husband will be played by Vijay Sethupathi in a brief cameo.

According to reports, Sethupathi’s role is around 15 minutes of screen time and the two share an amazing chemistry on screen.

The film is currently on the final stages of post-production, with the trailer and three tracks from the film being released today.

Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, the film has the actress’ role as an investigative officer in charge of looking into the murders of six affluent people in the city. She and Atharvaa Murali play siblings. She has also been given an image makeover, playing a character hailing from Bengaluru.

Atharva plays a doctor while Raashi Khanna plays his love interest. Anurag Kashyap, who earlier starred in AR Murugadoss’ Akira, will play the villain and appears quite menacing in the teaser.
