She made a comeback into movies with Gautam Menon’s Vaaranam Aayiram in 2008. Currently she serves as a judge in the reality show Dance Tamizha Dance in Zee Tamizh.

Roja was a popular choice among heroines during the 90’s. She gave many hits like- Suriyan, Makkal Aatchi, Unnidathil Ennai Koduthen. She is married to director Selvamani and has 2 children. She is currently a member of the Lok Sabha from the Congress party.

After that she acted with almost all popular heros of that time. She gave up films after her marriage to a businessman and is now settled in Canada with her kids. She did appear as a judge in the popular TV dance show Mannada Mayilada after quitting films.

She acted with megastars like Nagarjuna, Balakrishna and Kamal Haasan. She is married to Tamil film producer Hazrath and is settled in Bengaluru.

RAASI

Raasi also known as Mantra did many Tamil and Telugu movies and was very popular among the audience in the 90’s. Her breakthrough film was Subhakanshalu in Telugu. Later she gave hits like Snehithulu, Love Today and Gilligajalu. She currently appears in the silver screen in Telugu and is married to her colleague Niwas. She even does dubbing for Nadiya and Kajal Agarwal.
