In a twist of tales and five decades of friendship, SPB and Ilayaraja are into and a spat and fans are really confused on whose side they must stay and show support. A legal notice has been sent to the singer by none other than the music director Ilayaraja himself. Hence, the singer can no longer perform any of Isaigyani’s songs without his permission. If done so, the singer will face a heavy penalty for violating the Copyrights.

According to reports, SPB and Ilayaraja have set aside their differences and are sharing a stage together at a concert in Chennai. Scheduled to happen on June 2(Ilaiyaraaja’s birthday), legendary singer KJ Yesudas, Mano, Bombay Jayashri, Usha Uthup and other known singers are touted to be a part of this concert.

Kamal Haasan, Ilayaraja’s close friend is said to attend the concert too.

On the film front, Ilaiyaraaja has Mysskin’s ‘Psycho’ and Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Maamanithan’.
