Father-Daughter Moment: Sarathkumar Heaps Praises For Daughter Varalaxmi!

A proud moment for a father indeed!

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is doing some great roles and choosing versatile scripts lately. Her role as an antagonist in Sarkar and Sandakozhi 2 has won her laurels. She is also someone who sternly believes in not working in any film that does not have a meaty or a pivotal role for a woman. Her roles earlier used to to be mild but these days she is a total rockstar.

Much like singer Chinmayi Sripada and actress Samantha Akkineni, actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has expressed her support for the ongoing #MeToo and #TimesUp movement in India. Taking to social media, the actress wrote on the importance of speaking up.

Varu is currently shooting for director Veera’s action thriller and she created a tornado by posting a video of her during her own stunts like a badass and as much as we are in love with it, there’s another person who is super proud of his “little munchkin” now and that is none other than the actress’ father Sarathkumar.

The actor turned politician is known for his daring stunts and entertaining films. Looks like his daughter has paved quite a similar path for herself with her own hardwork.

Here’s the video Varalaxmi had posted:

“Girls just wanna have fun.!!!! Heheheh so much fun doing my own stunts for my movie #chasing totally worth all the hard work.. thank you #supersubbarayan master.. directed by @Veeraku94850140 dop @krishnasamy_e #shootinprogress #fightsequence #norope please don’t try this at home.”

The proud father said, “Strong, stronger, strongest! proud watching you getting there. Your action speaks your mind. Be bold. Love, Daddy. Fearless! That’s Varalaxmi @varusarath An action sequence well executed for the movie ‘Chasing’ Do not try this at home.”

Varalaxmi has come a long way in the film industry and we could see the way she has changed her way of choosing scripts and we can see how she has let her talent shine bright.

She is also someone who looks up to her daddy dearest. She responded to her father in the sweetest way:

“Thank you daddy… I learnt from the best… supreme star sarathkumar heheheh..!! My action hero..!! Muahhh..!! Love u.!!”

Well, we are totally loving this father-daughter conversation and are excited to see Varalaxmi’s upcoming film.
