After a massive physical transformation of almost a year, Silambarasan TR is back into the film industry more efficiently than ever. After his release Eashwaran, Simbu has Maanadu, Pathh Thala and Nadhigalile Neeraadum Sooriyan in his kitty. The actor is quite busy and has been doing all that he can to get back on track. Meanwhile, one of Simbu’s initial films Manmadhan has re-released in the theatres today. Starring Jyothika, the onscreen duo’s chemistry was loved by all back then.

In fact, the film was a massive hit because of their sizzling chemistry. In fact, so much so that, it was rumoured back then that Jyothika and Simbu were dating as well. However, they continued to be nothing more than friends.

As the film re-released today, Simbu tweeted, “A movie really close to my heart❤️.”

This has made fans ask the obvious question: Is there a Manmadhan 2? In fact, many asked if Jyothika and he would do a film together or reunite for a Manmadhan 2?

Obviously we need to wait and see.

Meanwhile, Jyothika is yet to announce her new project after Ponmagal Vandhal. After her big comeback with the film 36 Vayadhinile Jyothika has been choosing scripts quite carefully. The last time she did a film with a lead actor alongside was in Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chevandha Vaanam. Most of her other films usually have her as the lead. Will she break the rules if she comes across a goos script presented by Simbu? Let’s see!
