While he goes to collect his father’s body, he shares a friendship with his driver played by Irrfan Khan. Amidst all this, a mix up happens and he ends up with another person’s body and not his father’s, prompting him to go on a road trip to head collect the real body. From Kochi to Coimbatore, the journey includes many adventures with Mithila Palkar’s character joining in.
The film looks like a fun travel one with lessons about life woven in. Irrfan’s character is hilarious and Dulquer’s Avinash appears like someone who just wants a break from the rigmarole. Dulquer’s Hindi diction, too, is quite commendable.
Directed by Akarsh Khurana, the film will Irrfan’s next after Blackmail. Both Irrfan Khan and Dulquer Salman have seemingly created a strong-friendly bond in the sets of the film and their Instagram accounts and selfies prove it. Even in public, Irrfan has praised Dulquer and how talented he is. The film is slated for an August 3 release this year.
