Disha Patani was last in the news when reports suggested that she broke up with Tiger Shroff. The couple met on the sets of Baaghi 2 and ever since their fans have been reporting and speculating that the two were together. While they were apparently dating for 6 years, reports recently suggested that the two parted ways on a mutual decision. After this, Disha is now in the news again as she is all set to act along with Suriya in his 42nd film.

Suriya, who was last seen playing cameos in Vikram and Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, is now working on Director Bala’s Vanangaan. The film marks Suriya and Bala’s third collaboration after ‘Nandha’ and ‘Pithamagan’. Krithi Shetty is playing the leading lady along with Suriya in the film. Now, he is working on his 42nd film along with Siruthai Siva. The actress for the film, Disha Patani has now shared that she has started filming for her portions in the film. She took to her Instagram story to share that she has begun filming for her portions today. As per the sources, Disha will shoot for around 30 days in the current schedule.

The makers are filming an action sequence in Goa with 200+ stunt artists and this schedule is planned for 40-45 days. Kovai Sarala and Yogi Babu started shooting for their portions yesterday while Redin Kingsley, Anand Raj and Ravi Raghavendra are also part of the cast. Devi Sri Prasad composes the music while Vetri cranks the camera. Adi Narayana co-writes the movie with dialogues penned by Madhan Karky. Supreme Sundar, known for his Malayalam works ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ and ‘Beeshma Parvam’, choreographs the stunts. UV Creations and Studio Green are producing the magnum opus to be made in two parts and 3D technology to release the film in 10 languages. Meanwhile, Disha Patani is awaiting the release of Ek Villain Returns, which is the sequel to Ek Villain. The sequel also stars John Abraham and Arjun Kapoor. She working on Yodha, KTina and Project K.
