Ajay Gnanamuthu make his debut with the super hit horror comedy Demonte Colony. Next the director is all set for enthrall the audience with Imaikaa Nodigal. Kollywood heartthrob Atharvaa plays the lead while Nayanthara was roped in to play an important character in this thriller film.
Sources now reveal that Ajay had written a a bold investigative police officer role for the film. He was very keen to cast Prabhu Deva in that role but later as time went he changed the gender of the character. This paved way to cast South India’s leading actress Nayanthara.
Imaikaa Nodigal also has Madonna Sebastian as Atharvaa’s love interest. The film has music by Hip Hop Tamizha, Adhi and cinematography by R. D. Rajashekar.
