The famous Tamil reality show Cook With Comali’s 3rd season has finally come to its grand finale, and unexpected cooks have won the title. As the second runner-up, Asuran actor Ammu Abhirami was announced. While Dharshan was the first runner-up, Thenga Srinivasan’s grand-daughter Shruthika Arjun bagged the title. Recent reports suggest that the title winner received double the amount of cash prize as the previous contestants.

Comali Sivaangi finally got paired with her ‘brother’ Darshan in the finale episode. As Shruthika won the finale, it was reported that she was awarded with Rs.10 Lakh cash prize, and not the usual Rs. 5 Lakhs that winners of other seasons have been awarded. This has however not been officially announced, and is rather just a rumour in the reality TV circles.

Vidyullekha Raman came fourth in the race, and was followed by Grace Karunas, then Santosh Pratap. Shruthika has acted in very few films, in early 2002, 2003, including Shree, Album and Nala Damayanthi. She then quit the film career entirely and got married to Arjun. They now have one son. She also has a brother, Adithya Shivpink who’s also an actor cum businessman.

Darshan has acted in Rajni Murugan, Kanaa and Thumbaa. His claim to fame was the song ‘Othayadi Padhaiyila’ from Kanaa, where he had acted as Aishwarya Rajesh’s love interest. He has currently not committed to any other films. Apart from Asuran, Ammu Abhirami has acted in Theeran Adhigaram Ondru, Raatsasan and Navarasa. She currently has a number of movies in her pipeline, including, Nirangal Moondru, Goli Soda, Kannagi, Yaar Ivargal, etc.
