Adding to their little family, the couple announced the arrival of another baby into their family. Confirming the news to the media, Saif and Kareena said, “We are very pleased to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family !! Thank you to all our well wishers for all their love and support.”

Earlier rumours were rife that the Veere Di Wedding actress is expecting a second child. In an interview with her father Randhir Kapoor, the actor said, “I hope it’s true and if so, I would be very happy. Doh bachche toh hone chahiye to give each other company.”
On the professional front, Kareena was all set to be seen alongside Aamir Khan in the much awaited movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The duo had already begun shooting for the same, but it was halted due to the worldwide health scare. ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is a remake of Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump. It was initially supposed to hit the screens during Christmas 2020 but it was recently announced that its release date has been shifted to Christmas 2021.
