Following Trisha’s exit from Saamy Square, the makers that include producer Shibu Thameens is said to have filed a complaint with Tamil Nadu Producers’ Council claiming that her exit has resulted in huge losses for them. Although she confirmed her exit in a tweet and wished the team good luck, the Saamy 2 crew have said that the exit came as a surprise and they have given Trisha an ultimatum – either to go on with the film’s shooting or compensate for the losses they have incurred due to the rescheduling of shooting dates. which many believe is her response to whole complaint situation. Saamy 2 is the sequel to the 2004 super hit film Saamy wherein Vikram played Aaru along with Trisha in the female lead. Saamy 2 plot was revealed as starring two Vikrams’ in the lead as a father and son duo with Trisha playing the wife of the elder one and Keerthy Suresh playing the love interest of the younger. It is alleged that playing the mother character has irked Trisha and prompted her to exit the same.
