Chennai Infosys Employee Found Dead In The Office Washroom!

Shocking!

Ilayaraja Arunachalam, an employee of Infosys situated in Mahindra City, Chennai was found dead in his office under rather mysterious circumstances. According to reports, his dead body was found in the washroom of the office. “One of our employees was found dead in the office building early in the morning on Wednesday. We have identified him, but cannot divulge any details since the police are investigating the case,” an Infosys spokesperson said. The 30-year-old employee was found lying in the dormitory and was immediately rushed to the Chengalpattu General Hospital.

“This is when we got a call saying an Infosys employee had died. He was found in the dormitory or some sort of a room where employees can take rest. He was not wearing any clothes and there were two bedsheets on him,” an investigative officer told The News Minute. However, Ilayaraja was declared dead on arrival at the hospital. “The post mortem that will be done at Chengelpet General Hospital will reveal more. The police were informed only after he was taken to the hospital,” SP Santosh Hadimani told TNM. There were reportedly no marks on the body during primary examination as well.

Ilayaraja completed his engineering at Anna University and is a native hailing from Thiruvannamalai district. He was working at the Infosys office, situated in the SEZ zone, in Paranur, near Chengalpet. Ilayaraja lived at Tindivanam in Villupuram district.

The employee who has a private cabin in his office did not return home on Monday which triggered the suspicion. In January another Infosys employee, Rasila Raju was found dead in the Pune office. She was working alone on a Sunday at the office.
