Chennai Girl Goes Missing; Friends And Social Media On A Finding Spree!

28-year-old Gaanam Nair aka Jikki Padhoo has been missing for three days now. She was last seen when she left her home in Virugambakkam on the morning of May 26.

Gaanam lives with her aunt and cousins. Her mother is no more and her father lives in Delhi. Gaanam apparently left for work on Friday morning on her black Activa. She is the marketing manager of a salon in Nungambakkam. However, Gaanam never reached her workplace.

According to an investigating officer, “She was supposed to go to office but we have learnt that she didn’t take the usual route. We are in the process of examining CCTV footage for further clues.” They are also investigating if there was any disagreement between her and her family/friends.

However, Gaanam’s 19-year-old cousin, Priyanka said, “There were no problems at home. She has been with us from when she 10 years old. She works in a salon in Nungambakkam as the marketing manager now. She always left the house at 11 am.” She also added, “If it was an accident, we would have known by now. We have called multiple hospitals and even visited some of them. We have no clue where she is.”

Gaanam’s friends and family members have taken to the social media to convey the disappearance of her.
