Everyone’s favourite, Yashika Anand, who gained massive popularity with her stint in the reality TV show Bigg Boss Tamil has met with a major accident. The accident is said to have happened around midnight on Saturday. Fellow motorcyclists rescued the injured actress and her two friends and rushed them to a nearby hospital. According to the reports, the actress is in critical condition as she suffered major injuries. Valli Chetty Bhavani, who was travelling with her, unfortunately, died on the spot.

The police officials have registered a case against Yashika under three sections. She is said to have driven the car. They are also investigating if she was intoxicated.

Pictures of the mangled vehicle have been doing the rounds on social media.

 

Yashika Aannand is a popular model in Tamil Nadu. She played supporting roles in films like Kavalai Vendam, Nota and Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru. She played one of the leads in Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu. The actress has paired opposite SJ Surya for the film Kadamaiyai Sei, which is yet to see the light of the day. Her co-star has wished the actress a speedy recovery.
