BREAKING: Malayalam Actor Anil Murali Dies at 56!

The sudden demise of the actor Anil Murali in Kochi has left everyone and the  Malayalam film industry in a state of shock. According to reports, Murali was admitted in a private hospital for  liver-related treatment for some time. The actor passed away at the hospital in Kochi at the age of 56.

“Heartfelt condolences for the death of Anil Murali. He acted well in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu movies in villain and character roles. His rough characters were ever memorable,” said Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Mammootty, Prithviraj, Nivin Pauly, Dulquer Salmaan, Tovino Thomas and many other actors have expressed their condolences on social media.

Murali hailed from the state capital Thiruvananthapuram and had been a part of both TV and movie industry. He made his big screen debute in the year 1993 with the film Kanyakumariyil Oru Kavitha, after which he has acted in more than 200 films in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. He was last seen in Forensic, which released on February 28. His last movie Professor Dinkan will be released posthumously. The movie also stars Dileep and Namitha Pramod.

Rock & Roll, Avatharam, City of God, Uyare, Bodyguard, and Brother’s Day are some among the actors hit movies. Anil was last seen in Tovino Thomas staring Forensic, which released on February. His last movie Professor Dinkan will be released posthumously. The movie also stars Dileep and Namitha Pramod.
