Dhanush is on a career-high and that too globally. The actor debuted in Hollywood with the film The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir. This is the actor’s second international project. Titled The Gray Man, the film stars Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling and Ana de Armas directed by Anthony and Joe Russo famously known as the Russo brothers.

Talking about the project Anthony said, “The movie is a real mano a mano between those two great actors who represent two different versions of the CIA, in what it can be, and what it can do. For those who were fans of Captain America: Winter Soldier, this is us moving into that territory in more of a real-world setting. That’s what this movie really means for us.”

Dhanush, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura and Julia Butters are the latest to join the cast comprising of the three. The film will release on Netflix and this is also Dhanush’s first OTT release.

On the professional front, Dhanush has Mari Selvaraj’s Karnan, Karthik Subbaraj’s Jagame Thandhiram, Akshay Kumar and Sara Ali Khan starrer Atrangi Re among others.
