Bollywood Extends Support To Director Sanjay Bhansali After His Assault By Protesters!

Bollywood actors and actresses are expressing their support to the noted filmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, after he was attacked by Rajput Karni Sena members. They were angry with the picturization of the love scene between Padmavati and Khilji, in his “Padmavati”, the movie in the making. The members alleged that the ace director is distorting the historical story of ‘Queen Padmini’.The mob destroyed shooting equipment in the sets besides slapping the Sanjay Bhansali.

Sanjay Bhansali’s “Padmavati” is a historical drama that Features Deepika Padulkone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Sanjay Bhansali had beefed up security so much that the cast was not allowed to carry camera phones on to the sets.The director also posted security outside.
