Bigg Boss Season 4 Tamil: New Contestants, New Rules, Controversies and All You Need To Know!

With Bigg Boss Season 4 set to roll with new rules in place, we are excited to see how different this season is going to be compared to the previous one. This will definitely be an interesting one to watch! The show will be live tomorrow at 6pm and there is a lot of excitement and changes to look forward to.

The New Contestants:

The most speculated list of probable contestants are Shivani Narayanan, Ramya Pandian, Rekha Harris, Archana Chandhoke, Gabriella Charlton, Sanam Shetty, Rio Raj, Aajeedh Khalique, Velmurugan, Anu Mohan, Aari Arjuna, Balaji Murugadoss, model Someshekar and Aranthangi Nisha.

Added to the list most recently is Actor, Anchor, Writer, Director, YouTuber Suresh Chakravarthy, who will be a confirmed contestant. Recently a lot of speculations confirmed the participation of in Big b Boss 4. Gayathrie Shankar a Tamil film actress, who debuted in 2012 with 18 Vayasu, and is best known for her role in Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom. However She took to twitter to deny the fact that she is entering the BB  house. “Moment of truth.I am.. NOT going to the bigg boss house. Will grab my popcorn and watch the show along with you. To those of you who are disappointed, life is such. To those looking to cast me, ullen ayya (Sic)” she wrote on twitter.

Three of the rumoured contestants namely  Ramya Pandian, Shivani Narayanan, and Rio Raj have reportedly quarantined themselves at the same hotel and fans prove that through pictures.

Shivani Narayanan who is a confirmed participant according to media reports, took to social media to make an angry statement to people degrading her. “his post is To all those creeps who are posting 3rd rate comments on my comment section as well to some troll pages on YouTube who earn money and live out of making cheap contents on others .. don’t you feel ashamed ?” she wrote on her recent Instagram Post

New Rules:

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, a new set of rules are aligned. Social distancing is to be maintained by all technical staff and the internal team. The contestants who are selected will have to undergo COVID 19 tests and will were quarantined for two weeks and then after another test only are allowed inside the sets. Social distancing will be the norm not only for the technical crew inside the set but also for the contestants and those who violate may be expelled from the show.

Shoot for Bigg Boss launch started yesterday with only the host Kamal Haasan. There are no audiences present owing to the current scenario. Contestants will b going in today but individual performances are unlikely to take place since there are no audiences. A lot of speculations are being made that the contestants will be introduced in a different way this season.
The entire crew are working for Bigg Boss undergo a Covid Test once a week and those working ver closely with people and Kamal Hassan’s core team are wearing PPE to ensure maximum safety.
In order to reduce the risk Covid-19 spread, a few changes are expected in the game format and tasks given to the contestants
Amid speculations that the Big Boss Tamil 4 will be confined to 60 days, now media reports say that the makers have decided to go with the usual tenure of the show – 100 days with 15 or 16 entering the show in the premiere episode.
