See the first look here!

Julie, a 24-year-old nurse rose to fame when she was one of the protestors during the Jallikattu movement. Later, she joined the Bigg Boss players in Tamil’s first ever season of Bigg Boss hosted by Kamal Haasan. Although she failed to win the hearts of her audience during her tenure in the House, she definitely managed to grab the attention of everybody. Julie, during her Bigg Boss days, talked about how she wanted to be an anchor and loves to talk a lot.

After she was eliminated from the House, Julie joined a dance programme on Kalaignar Television as an anchor. However, she is not stopping with that. In a shocking incident, after Harish Kalyan, Raiza, Aarav and Oviya released their next movie plans, Julie has also confirmed that she has signed on films. After one look of her in an Old lady get up was released a month back, the new look of her film on Anita’s biopic, the girl who committed suicide on the account of pressures of NEET exam is out now. See it here:

The NEET exam (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) that was held on May 7, 2017, sparked a lot of controversies all over the country. The NEET exam organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) was overly criticized for its militant methods. Not only was the exam a bit tricky, but the Board overdid itself on setting up the ground rules for the candidates.

Seventeen-year-old medical aspirant Anita S a Dalit student from Ariyalur decided to end her life by hanging herself from the ceiling fan on September 2017, a few months after the Supreme Court dismissed a petition filed by her and a few other students against the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET). This film is based on her life.
