There were times when we almost shipped this couple together. Yashika was strong, bold and she was herself. On the other hand, Mahat was fun, energetic and emotional. However, these two reportedly fell in love with one another and always spent a lot of time with each other in the Bigg Boss House. Later, when Yashika confessed her feelings for the ‘Jilla’ boy to Kamal Haasan, Mahat said that he cannot take this relationship any further because he has a girlfriend outside of the Bigg Boss house.

We really did think they would end up together. However, that rumour died down after the season ended (just like any other reality show). The duo, who were perceived to be a couple has decided to take their chemistry to the next level!

 

Mahat and Yashika have come together for a film which is touted to be in the genre of horror-thriller. The movie will reportedly be directed by Mahesh-Venkatesh who are debuting with this film.

The shooting has already begun with its first schedule being in Bengaluru. A customary pooja for the upcoming film happened in Chennai recently and the film is expected to go on floors in December.

Mahat also took it to Twitter to express his excitement and called this film #MahatYashikacombo. Here’s what he tweeted:

But, that’s not it for Mahat. The actor is joining hands with Bigg Boss’ Aishwarya Dutta as well for another film which will be directed by Prabhu Ram C. The movie is touted to be a romantic – comedy.
