Bhumika, who made her Tamil debut with Vijay’s Badri is known for her role in Sillinu Oru Kadhal in Tamil. She has acted in various Hindi and Telugu movies, but her Tamil movie performances are very few. After a long gap in the Tamil industry, she is all set to step foot into Kollywood again.

Reports say that her next Tamil project is along with Udhayanidhi Stalin for the move ‘Kannai Nambathey’. The movie is directed by Mu. Maran and Aathmika is said to play the female lead. Reports say that her role in the movie is quite different from the ones she has already done and she plays a pivotal role in moving the movie forward. She is currently shooting for her parts in the movie, in Chennai.

Bhumika was last seen in Telugu movies such as ‘Seetimaar’ and ‘Paagal’. She is also simultaneously shooting for a Hindi film, Operation Majnu. She is known for her role in the movies Middle Class Abbayi in Telugu and M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story in Hindi. In the latter,  she played the role of Dhoni’s older sister. Bhumika is always one actor who has given us quite a variety with roles.
