Ramya Krishnan began her acting career at the age of 13 with Mammothy and Mohanlal in the lead in the Malayalam film Neram Pularumbol. Ever since she has been unstoppable with her most memorable role in recent times being Rajamatha Sivagami Devi from the film Bahubali. Ramya Krishnan also recently joined social media and seems to be quite active too.

Ramya will soon be seen in Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s pan-India film, Fighter. Sharing about the same, she said, “It is co-produced by Karan Johar. Puri Jagannadh is the director. That is going to be another…almost a ‘Baahubali’ for sure.” she says.
In recent times the actress made headlines when her car was reportedly seized by Police in Kanathur. According to the report the actress was travelling in the car with about 99 bottles of beer and 8 bottles of liquor travelling from Mammalapuram to Chennai when the police checked her car at a toll plaza. . She was accompanied by her sister Vinaya Krishnan and her driver Selvakumar. The news reports further added that both Ramya Krishnan and her driver were taken to the police station for interrogation. The incident reportedly took place on June 11. The news reports further stated that Ramya Krishnan bailed her driver out.
