Arav and Oviya, stars of Bigg Boss Tamil season 1, have always been a hot topic in Kollywood after stealing the spotlight on the reality television show. Since his successful breakthrough on TV, Arav has launched his Kollywood career as a leading actor with Market Raja MBBS in 2019, and has signed to do Raja Bheema, directed by debutante Naresh Sampath, and Santhosh Prathap starrer Meendum Vaa Arugil Vaa, both expected to release in 2020. Oviya had a very busy 2019, starring in 6 movies including the blockbuster Kanchana 3. Her next Tamil outing will coincidentally be Raja Bheema alongside Arav, where she has an extended cameo role.

Arav and Oviya were in the news earlier this year when Arav threw a surprise birthday party for the actress, and have always been rumoured to be a couple. However, Arav has come out and denied that he is in any sort of relationship.

Speaking to the Times of India, Arav said “No, I am not in a relationship. Oviya is in her hometown, busy with her own work commitments. And I am working on my films. But we have been in touch on and off. I have also been in touch with my other Bigg Boss Tamil housemates… almost everyone.”

It seems that both actors are fully focused on their careers more than anything else, as they gear up for a busy 2020. Araviya fans can still enjoy the pair on the screen in Raja Bheema however, which should be hitting cinemas soon!
