AR Rahman turns Vegan?

Music Composer and Singer AR Rahman is currently doing a tour in the USA. Yesterday, after the release of Ponniyin Selvan’s first single Ponni Nadhi, it was reported that he is all set to perform it live to an audience at a concert in America. Meanwhile, this music composer has now taken to his twitter to announce that he has turned vegan.

Yes, you read it right. But, the veteran composer is only turning Vegan for the next 10 days. Sharing a photo of rice with Brocolli, the music director said, “Turning Vegan for the next ten days ..” The exact reason for this sudden change is not yet known. But many have speculated that it is probably because of Muharram that began on July 30.

AR Rahman’s All Access Tour in North America is designed to bring you closer to the artist, the music, and the process. The award winning music composer is currently in Texas, the United States where he is performing as part of his North America tour of 2022.

It is a festival celebrated in the Tamil month of Aadi.
