AR Murgadoss Upset With Nayanthara Over This Reason?

Nayanthara who was part of 6 films this year including Babu Bangaram, Iru Mugan, Kaashmora and Puthiya Niyamam is already working on four films that will release next year. Dora, a horror-thriller film will see Nayan take the solo route and is expected to hit the screens first. On her birthday, November 18th, two other films released their first looks, Aramm where Nayanthara will play a district collector and Kolaiyuthir Kalam, produced by ace music director, Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Ace director A.R. Murugadoss who earlier bankrolled Nayanthara’s Raja Rani directed by Atlee is miffed with the actress as Minjur Gopi is the assistant director who created trouble for Murugadoss’s Vijay starrer Kaththi. Gopi had claimed that Murugadoss stole the script which was originally his and even filed complaint with the Madras High court which led to delay of Kaththi. Murugadoss is upset that Nayanthara choose to do a film with Minjur Gopi.

In Aramm she will be seen taking up social issues and play the role of a district collector. Vignesh and Ramesh, the two kids who shot to fame after the National Award winning movie Kakka Muttai, will also be seen in the movie. The film is said to deal with water crisis in the state. Debutante director Minjur Gopi also said, ‘Water scarcity is the major problem faced by our people in these days which is the core of the film. Once Nayanthara heard the story, she was ready to be a part of this film. We are making this film with lots of social responsibility, and I am sure that this will create an impact in the minds of the audience.’
