Anushka has garnered attention and praise nationwide for her powerful role as Devasena in the Baahubali films. She was rumored to be in close ties with her Baahubali co-star Prabhas. Eventually, there talks about the actress tying the knot with filmmaker Prakash Kovelamudi. However, Anushka has always rubbished these rumours. Her simple answer has always been, “I will let you know once I decided to tie the knot.”

However, this time seems to be quite different for the actress. When asked about her recent wedding rumours she has decided to stay mum about it. It has been reported that Anushka Shetty is all set to tie the knot to a businessman from Dubai. It has been further stated that it is purely an arranged wedding. A source close to the actress said that Anushka has not planned on signing any big projects for now and wishes to concentrate on her personal life.

Anushka was Seen last in the Telugu film Nishabdam, opposite actor Madhavan in which she plays a deaf and mute character. Directed by Hemant Madhukar, the film also features Anjali, Shalini Pandey, Subbaraju, Srinivasa Avasarala and Hollywood star Michael Madsen who is renowned for his performance in Thelma and Louise, Die Another Day and a handful of Quentin Tarantino movies. The film is highly anticipated and is set to release in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and English. Anushka was also last seen in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy which was a period film starring opposite Chiranjeevi.
