Anushka Shetty is one of the topmost superstars of the generation. She chooses to do a film or two a year but her movies and the roles she chooses to don are the most anticipated. Anushka’a Nishabdham also starring Madhavan is in the media-eye for a while now. The duo’s chemistry, the thriller genre everything seems to be quite intriguing. In a recent, Anushka has also talked about how she will take everything slow-paced and will not rush into signing a lot of films as she also concentrates on her health and well-being.

Apart from that, the Bahubali actress is quite active on social media. Like most actors today, Anushka Shetty has also penned down an emotional note with regards to the Corona Virus. “Divided we feeel divided we stay but united we stand …. A whole new outlook to life all that was learned to be unlearned … a whole new perspective .. all that felt like impossible is possible and all the possibilities vanished … as we take a moment to breathe ,a moment to truly see …we realise even though we are divided by time , geographical barriers we all stand with each other with love and prayers in our hearts Love prayers and gratitude to those Out there known and unknown … To every single person out there working towards protecting us,taking care of us praying for us and helping us recover ….No word or deed would stand big enough to convey our gratitude to all of them. Now the speculations are rife that the actress is very much a part of Kamal Haasan’s Vetaiyadu Vilayaadu 2. This film will be directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. It is reported that the director met at Kamal’s office to discuss about the possibility of a sequel.

Interestingly, Gautham Menon, who is currently working with Anushka Shetty for a female-centric film, has apparently approached her to play Kamal Haasan’s love interest in the film.

Sources say that the director will be doing two movies for Ishari K Ganesh’s Vels Films International. One of the two will be with Suriya. The other one might be with Kamal Haasan. However, he will make an official announcement only after completing the shoot of Joshua, starring Varun in the lead role.
