Anjali added a caption saying, “With MY RAM SIR Again” and tagged Actor Nivin Pauly, Soori and Producer Suresh Kamatchi. Director Ram who cast Mamooty in Peranbu has yet again gone for a Malayalam actor and has roped in Nivin Pauly to play the lead. This is the first time Anjali is pairing up with Nivin Pauly. The film is being bankrolled by Producer Suresh Kamatchi’s V House Production, which is also producing Simbu’s Maanadu.

The title as well as complete details about the cast and crew roped in for the film are yet to be released. Anjali played an important role in Ram’s previous Peranbu as well. The duo of Anjali and Ram have worked together in a couple of movies. Anjali played Anandhi in Ram’s first, Kattradhu Tamizh, a psychological thriller starring Jiiva and Karunas. She also played a cameo in his film, Taramani starring Andrea and Vasanth Ravi. The duo have come back for a third movie together.
Anjali was last seen in Vignesh Sivan’s ‘Love Panna Uttranum’ from Paava Kadhaigal. She was also one of the main leads in Vakeel Saab, the Telugu remake of the movie Pink.
