Recent reports state that the actress is being considered a part of Suriya’s 40th film with director Pandiraj of Varuthapadaadha Valibar Sangam fame. Pandiraj had previously directed Suriya in the film Pasanga 2. Initially Rashmika was in talks with director Hari for his next with Suriya. But looks like it that film is not happening anytime soon. Hence, the Sarrileru Neekkevaru actress is considered to be roped in for Suriya 40.
The film which will be produced by Sun Pictures, the first schedule will begin early next year. Reports are that director Pandiraj hopes to finish shooting in a single schedule.
On the professional front, Rashmika is currently completing two Telugu films including Allu Arjun’s multilingual film with Sukumar titled Pushpa and Aaddaalloo Meeku Joharlu with Satyadev.
Meanwhile Suriya has had a humongous hit with Sudha Kongara’s Soorarai Pottru. He now has Vaadi Vaasal directed by Vetri Maaran and an untitled next with Pandiraj.
