Trisha has literally fought her way up to success. She has been in the industry for over 15 years and has been part of many successful movies and is still continuing to sign new projects. The year 2018 has been very good for Trisha. She had three releases with Mohini, 96 and Hey Jude. Things changed for Trisha after 96 released. Proving to be quite the blockbuster with many lauding how the movie was the story of their lives, Trisha’s year was made and with her restraint but underplayed performance as Jaanu, many hearts were won. Playing Jaanu aka Janaki Devi, Trisha gave an earnest performance with many calling it her most memorable film.

Trisha entered the Malayalam film industry with Hey Jude this year. This was a light-hearted romantic drama film and Trisha shared the screen with Nivin Pauly. Directed by Shyamaprasad, the two leads played oddballs and the movie was about the interesting situations that happen because of their relationship, and how love and understanding transform Jude’s life. Trisha received positive reviews for her performance in the movie.

This movie and this character of Trisha has won her multiple awards in the Malayalam film industry too. In the recent Asianet Awards, Trisha looked stunning in a simple saree, jewellery and neck piece and boy-oh-boy we are seriously crushing on her. But, guess who else did?
