Madras High court’s Madurai bench dismissed the petition against actor Dhanush for submitting the false document of his paternity.  

The case filed by the couple R.Kathiresan and K.Meenakshi was dismissed by Justice P.Rajamanickam. the couple is based in Melur who claimed actor Dhanush to be their son and he had run away from the village years back to become an actor. Also, they had accused that the documents submitted by the actor including birth, transfer and migration certificate are false.  

Earlier the couple had asked for Rs.65,000 as a maintenance as they were unable to fend for themselves. Actor Dhanush as series for upcoming projects including Enai Nokki Payum Thota, Maari 2, Vada Chennai and an upcoming Hollywood movie, The Extraordinary Journey of The Fakir.
