Recently, she shared a still from the movie featuring her and used it as an opportunity to tell her fans about the immense amount of effort that goes into shots that may only last a few seconds.
She said, “A shot lasting 2 seconds in the film took 2 flights, hours of prep, a day’s shoot and a night’s stay to work 🙂 Film making is a tedious and disciplined process. It follows a method, involves people, equipment, management, planning, and immense effort. Spend a day on set to understand what it means when technicians and actors from the industry say, “The team has put in a lot of hard work!” Though it’s easy to say ‘cliche’ when you hear stuff often, take a moment to think more about why they say it. Enjoy a film for the experience!”
She also shared a message of positivity with her fans, by adding “Bitter, sweet, fun, fantasy, painful, revengeful, (I’m still figuring out what ‘commercial films’ mean), just go be one with the film you see! 🙂 Be nicer 🙂 Every word that comes from your mouth spreads and it definitely, matters. This particular setup was from #Darbar.”
After Darbar, Nivetha Thomas has a further two Tollywood projects in her kitty, with Ugadi release V in the works, starring Nani and directed by National Film Award-winning director Mohan Krishna Indraganti, and Swaasa, setting her up for another successful year in her career!
