Manjhi- The Mountain Man

Widely appreciated for the performance of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Manjhi is the story of Dashrath Manjhi. It’s based on the life of this poor laborer in Gehlaur village in Bihar.  When his wife dies because of a serious injury during her climbing the Gehlaur hills, the man is devastated. He takes 22 years to carve a path 30 ft wide and 360 ft long through a hill 25 ft using only a hammer and chisel.
