Growth hormone injections
In the recent episode, the actor addressed old rumours about her getting hormonal injections. Her mother also reacted to the rumours as she was accused of giving her injections to grow older and act in films. Hansika addressed the same on her show and said, “This is the expense of being a celebrity. They wrote such crap when I was 21, you know what I am talking about!. If I could have taken it that time, I can take it this time. This time is nothing Everyone wrote I have taken injections to grow up.” She added, “When I was eight, then I became an actress, people said that my mum has given me injections, hormonal injections to grow up as a woman. However, many were surprised by how quickly she had grown over just a couple of years and rumours began of her taking hormonal injections to make her grow faster. Her mother added, “If that is true, then I must be richer than Tata, Birla. If that is true, then I would have said, ‘Tum bhi aao, aa kar apni haddi baddi karvao (You also come to me and help yourself grow taller). What I am surprised about is that people who write this, Unke pass dimaag naam ki cheez nahi hoti hai kya (Don’t they have common sense)? We are Punjabi people, our daughters shoot up between the age of 12 and 16.”
Rumors of breaking up a wedding
The first episode of Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama showed everything that happened from the time the actress announced her decision to tie the knot with Sohael. The first episode gives us a glimpse of why Hansika decided to break the news of her wedding with Sohael Khaturiya. Sharing her first photos with Sohael from their wedding proposal in Paris was an immediate decision. Hansika also reveals how she didn’t want her relationship with Sohael in the public eye as her past relationship caught a lot of attention for all the wrong reasons. While the families were racing against time to pull off a fairy tale wedding, the news about Sohael Khaturiya’s first marriage with Rinky took social media by storm. Hansika stressing about being blamed for Sohael’s divorce is also shown in ‘Love Shaadi Drama’. The actor and her family also address the scandal that surfaced prior to her wedding, which threatened to derail her dream day. Expressing his thoughts on being in the news for his past and Hansika being blamed for it, Sohael said, “The news that I was previously married came out and it came out in the wrong light. It came out as if the breakup was because of Hansika, which is absolutely untrue and baseless.” Hansika said while speaking about being in the public eye all the time. “Just because I knew the person at that time doesn’t mean it was my fault. I have nothing to do with this. Because I am a public figure, it was very easy for people to point at me and make me the villain. This was a price I pay for being a celebrity”.
Dating rumours with Simbu
Hansika Motwani was in a relationship with heartthrob Silambasaran TR years before getting engaged to Sohail Khaturiya. Hansika had opened up about her relationship through a tweet that read, “Been hearing too many rumours about my personal life, so just wanna clear. yes! I’m seeing Str 🙂 Hence I wouldn’t like to talk about my personal life” They officially announced their relationship in 2013, leaving the fans shocked. As reports started doing rounds that the two will get married soon, the couple announced their breakup. None of the two revealed the reason for their separation. “It took me at least 7-8 years to say yes to someone. I have faith in love. I am a romantic, but I am not particularly expressive as a romantic. I believe in marriage as an institution and in love. Honestly, I took my time because I wanted to say yes to someone who would be my forever. Sohael came along and reinforced my faith in love even more. He made sure I was over over heels in love with him, and absolutely, God had his own way,”
Leaked video in Suchi leaks
A nude video of a girl bathing had gone viral, which had Hansika’s lookalike in it. Hansika had later clarified that the girl in the viral video is not her and that it’s a case of mistaken identity. Hansika later in an interview to TV channel clarified, “Some people feel that actress is spending a luxurious life. But I am working round the clock and putting in a lot of hard work to entertain the audience. I don’t understand why some indulge in heinous acts like the morphing of pics. For me spreading obscene videos by morphing is worse than rape.”
Account hacked and photos leaked
Earlier this year, Hansika became a victim after her bikini photos were leaked on social media. Private pictures of Hansika in bikinis and tank top were all over on social media. Unfortunately, the actor became the victim of online hacking. The pictures were soon pulled down from the Instagram pages. She mentioned that it was disheartening to see her private pictures getting circulated on social media, some of them were even morphed. However, Hansika felt more disappointed realising the kind of comments the photos received with some people even saying there’s no harm in the leak when she has already many bikini photoshoots in the past. “It was extremely disheartening. To deal with the embarrassment of your private pictures being leaked (some of them morphed) into the public domain is bad enough, and then to see such comments was really hurtful. Certain people had the gall to say that since I anyway did bikini shoots in the past, what’s the big deal if such pictures are leaked?”
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old actor is currently filming for a number of films. She has completed and is awaiting the release of Partner in Tamil and 105 Minutes in Telugu. She is also filming for Rowdy Baby, an Untitled Vijay Chander film, an Untitled R Kannan film, and an untitled Igore film, all in Tamil. The shoot is in progress for another of her Telugu film titled My Name is Shruthi. Apart from these many films, the happening actress also has 2 web series in her kitty. She has completed MY3 in Tamil and is shooting for the Telugu series Nasha.
