One in Telugu and one in Tamil. However, due to various reasons, Samantha’s ‘Ye Maya Chesave’ alongside Naga Chaitanya was released first and her debut was through Tollywood after which that same year her Tamil debut film ‘Bana Kathadi’ alongside Atharvaa Murali released.
2. Kajal Aggarwal: The actress who is loved by all in Kollywood and has been a part of 100 crore films in Kollywood, actually made her debut in Tollywood first. ‘Lakshmi Kalyanam’ alongside Kalyan Ram was her debut film. It was then in the year 2008 that the actress made her debut in Tamil with the movie ‘Pazhani’ alongside Bharath.
3. Rakul Preet Singh: Rakul is a budding star in Kollywood but however, she made her debut in Telugu and predominantly works for Tollywood. Her debut film was ‘Keratam’ in Telugu but soon after a year, she made her debut in Tamil with the movie ‘Thadaiyara Thaakka‘ alongside Arun Vijay.

Shruti Haasan: Shruti Haasan, loved for her voice and acting in Kollywood; and also celebrated as the daughter of Kollywood’s ‘Ulaganayagan’ Kamal Haasan, she made her debut in Tollywood with the movie ‘Anaganaga O Dheerudu’ alongside Siddharth. She then made her Tamil debut with the movie ‘7aum Arivu’ alongside Suriya Sivakumar.
5. Hansika Motwani: Hansika, the modern ‘Khushbu Sundar’ of Kollywood, also made her debut with Tollywood before entering the K’Town business. She made her debut in the movie ‘Desamuduru’ alongside Allu Arjun. She made her Tamil debut 4 years later in the movie ‘Maappillai’ alongside Dhanush.
