1. Akhil Akkineni and Shriya Bhupal: According to various reports, it is stated that Akhil Akkineni, the son of Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni, called off his wedding with Business tycoon GVK Reddy’s granddaughter and fashion designer, Shriya Bhupal. It is speculated that the reason for their decision was due to the conflict between the families regarding the wedding preparations and arrangements; the couple was also having compatibility issues. They had a grand engagement and around 200 guests attended the ceremony.
2. Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva: Known to many, Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara were in a relationship for quite a long time and also in a serious one. According to reports, Prabhu Deva’s wife Ramlath filed a legal case against him and urged the court to direct Prabhu Deva to live with her. In a statement, she said that Prabhu Deva would never come home to his kids or her, which urged her to take up this decision. This urged them to break-up and had to drop their plans of getting married.

Socialite Rhea Pillai was the former wife of Bollywood Actor Sanjay Dutt. Reportedly, Rhea and Leander started dating while she was still married to Sanjay Dutt. In 2014, Rhea filed a complaint against Leander Paes and his father for domestic violence. She demanded a maintenance and protection sum worth Rs.4 lakh per month.
