Vijay and Sangeetha
Vijay met his ardent fan, Sangeetha Sornalingam on the sets of one of his movies. After chatting for a while, the actor invited Sangeetha to his house to meet his parents. After a few such meetings, they decided to get married. Now, the couple have two children.

Madhavan encountered his wife Sarita Birje in 1991, when she attended one of his classes. Sarita was able to use the skills she learned from the classes to pass an interview. Finally after completing her course, the couple began dating. They got married in 1999.
