2. Nayanthara: According to various reports, Lady superstar Nayanthara has undergone a liposuction surgery. A liposuction is done when one wants to lose all the body fat and the extra weight without much hard work or any form of long term exercise. 3. Shruti Haasan: Shruti Haasan was one of the very few to publicly agree to her undergoing plastic surgery.
