We all know what puts us off. Knowing your triggers will help you get away from it. Some people have high tolerance to things that they don’t like or enjoy whereas some have a low tolerance level. If you know what sets those alarms off, you can politely excuse yourself from the situation.
No grudges
Wasting your time feeling annoyed over unchangeable events is clearly unnecessary. Letting go should be your motto for a peaceful and calmer life. Old arguments, incidents and memories don’t need to come back only to ignite old anger. Reason with yourself before holding a grudge.
