Dark Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Method

  1. Melt chocolate bar in the microwave for 30 seconds on 800 degrees or place a vessel on a pan filled with water and melt chocolate bar slowly on simmer till it has no chunks.
  2. In a separate bowl, pour in egg whites and whip for 10 minutes before adding powdered sugar and last cream. If you’re adding the liquor, add 2 more tablespoons of powdered sugar in addition to the half cup.
  3. Whip in the chocolate and whip the mixture till no air bubbles form. Place in fridge for 1 hour and serve chilled.
