7 Ways To Reinvent The Taste Of Maggi

Cheesy Maggi

This is an easy and filling recipe. Make Maggi as you would and transfer the contents into a bowl. Grate cheddar cheese or Parmesan on the top. Or you could use cheese slices. You can make this variation with soupy Maggi too. Microwave for 2 minutes and your easy cheesy Maggi is ready.

 

Soupy maggi

This variation is a little tedious to make. Take a cup of carrots, beans, chopped onions and green peas. You could also take celery. Fry the veggies in a wok and add vegetable stock to them. Add a few green chillies for spice. Simmer and bring it to boil. Now, add Maggi and Masala. Cook till the Maggi is done and your soupy Maggi is ready!


Herby Pesto Maggi

Herby Pesto Maggi adds an Italian twist to Maggi. Cook Maggi with tomatoes, chopped onions and Bell peppers. Add Pesto sauce and fry in the wok. You can make your own Pesto sauce, but store bought sauce works too. Now, you need to make Maggi in a separate wok. Take the pesto and vegetables mix and add it to the Maggi in the pan. Use a generous amount of herbs of your choice. Garnish with Parsley and serve!

 

Masala Maggi Tikki

This is quite a task, but the recipe is so filling. Make Maggi as usual and set aside. You will need onions, carrots, potatoes, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, biscuit powder and bread crumbs. Prepare the vegetables by grating and boiling them. Add cooked Maggi to the vegetable mixture and add coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste. Use a bit of oil to bind them together and roll them into balls. Flatten them out and coat them in a mix of biscuit powder and bread crumbs. Fry them in oil and serve with tomato ketchup.


Maggi Burger

If you are good at making cutlets or burger patties or just Masala Maggi Tikki, then Maggi Burger could become your life saver. Take ingredients of your choice and feel free to add a dash of Tabasco or any other spicy sauce when you are making the burger. Your Maggi Burger could easily become a lunch box item.

 

Chicken maggi

This is a very easy variation Maggi. If you have left over chicken or chicken sausage, chop them into smaller pieces and add them to your regular Maggi. You could also fry chicken in any masala till it turns crisp and add it to maggi.

Paneer maggi

Add crumbled Paneer or Grilled Paneer to your Maggi and spice things up a little. Make Maggi in the usual method and add Garam Masala to it. When the soup has thickened, add paneer to it. You can garnish it with the juice of a lemon for a tangy twist.
